Overview

Takes the guesswork out of hearing safety practices.

FitCheck Solo is based on the NIOSH HPD Well-Fit program and was customized by Michael & Associates for industrial use. This Field Attenuation Estimation System (FAES) tests from 3 to 7 frequencies to obtain results representative of ANSI S12.6-2016.

Measuring a Personal Attenuation Rating lets workers get direct feedback on their own fit — so they can confidently insert their earplug and confirm they're getting the reduction they need. Results are logged per employee, so PAR can be tracked and referenced over time.
